Fish Stage
Stage 1: 0-5 dpf, keep them in dishes;
Stage 2: 5-10 or 15 dpf, keep them in tanks (mating tanks or nursery tanks), feed paramecium and paramecium+Artemia
Stage 3: if the larvaes big enough, put them into nursery tanks (less than 10 fish) or middle tanks (less than 40), if the amount of fish more than 20, you need separate them after one month.
When the larvaes growing up more than 2 month, please take fry screens out, we have limited amount of screens, all users should share them.

Cull Zebrafish
Purpose: To cull zebrafish with development deformity and which are verified to be negative after genotyping or outcrossing and do not need to keep.
The most commonly used method for the humane killing of zebrafish is an overdose of the anaesthetic agent Tricane methane Sulphonate (TMS) or MS-222.
For culling zebrafish, you should add MS-222 to the system water to the final concentration 0.04% . The stock concentration of MS-222 is 4%.
Death must be confirmed before animals are disposed of or left unattended. An animal shall be regarded as continuing to live until permanent cessation of the circulation or the destruction of the brain. This is achieved by leaving the fish in the Tricaine for at least 10 minutes.
