一般是修复双链损伤(double-stranded break, DSB),损伤部位被识别并分别从两条链的5'端进行一端序列的切除,单链在重组酶Rad51作用下形成下图中的D-loop(3),其后可发生多种方式的重组复性,包括synthesis-dependent strand annealing (SDSA)引起杂合性缺失的break-induced replication (BIR),以及双链损伤修复(double-strand break repair, DSBR)
