二级结构的预测

➢各种残基形成各种二级结构的倾向性是不同的;

➢Glu、Met、Ala和Leu在a螺旋中比在其他二级结构元件中高;

➢Gly(二面角变化范围过大)Pro、Thr、Ile(位阻)Asn、Ser(-OH 竞争)不利于a螺旋的形成;

➢Gly和Pro在β转 角中出现的频率很高;

➢Val、 Ile和芳 香簇氨基酸在折叠片中频率很高; ➢Asp、 Glu和Pro在折叠片中则很低。
